The mission of F2M Krishi Ram Private Limited is to enable farmers to adopt profitable natural farming through an end-to-end operational model that goes beyond advisory. The company manufactures natural farming inputs at the farm level to significantly lower cultivation costs, provides consultancy for government schemes, subsidy access, DPR preparation, and bank loan facilitation, and develops protected cultivation infrastructure such as net houses. Through long-term contract farming and land leasing arrangements of five to seven years, F2M Krishi Ram takes operational responsibility for crop cultivation, with a focus on papaya grown under fully natural farming practices. By integrating infrastructure, operations, and market-oriented farming, the company works to create stable farmer incomes while generating sustainable employment opportunities for unemployed rural youth.
